If you’re going to sell in spring, you really need to get your property to stand out with effective marketing and staging.

 

Summer is another great season for real estate sales. Easier to move, yards look great, school transitions are easier. 

 

Autumn is called "second-season" in the industry.  Just like the spring market, there is greater competition of inventory on the market.  People are thinking ahead to holiday season and visualizing their future celebrations.

 

Winter is often overlooked as a "selling season". Yet, our homes look their best during holiday time.  There is less competition for buyers to choose from.
