Mr. Mazhar helped me as my realtor to purchase my home. In early January '22 he first talked to me over the phone to get an idea about the types of properties that I would be interested in. He understood my likings and dislikings about the properties, about my need for a good school-district and about my budget. He was kind enough to schedule the showings accommodating my availability and my work schedule. He provided reasonable advice while making offers, commensurate with ongoing trends of the market, and we made four such offers. He was present during the inspection of the property that I eventually purchased and provided reasonable insights regarding the pros and cons of the inspection findings. He provided relevant explanations of the steps involved in the process as necessary that consequently made me believe that he was watching out for my best interests. He successfully negotiated the price of the property with the seller's realtor when it became necessary to manage the gap between the offered price and the the appraised price. Mr. Mazhar kept me informed with the concurrent events regarding the entire process from the beginning until the closing of the escrow. The aspect that I liked the most about Mr. Mazhar's approach was the fact that he did not say much to 'sell' the properties to me, instead he just showed them to me, respecting my ability to decide for myself.
